clean and beautifully restored chateau - with large rooms and a lovely pool. close to Toulouse airport but far enough away from the city bustle. the owner went out of his way to make us coffee early before our early departure.
Do recommend.

What a special treat! This hotel truly captures the essence of France. The beautiful old building is impressive, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, just like in the photos. The attention to detail in the restoration is remarkable, blending historical roots with a contemporary touch. The hosts are charming and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. Being close enough to the Toulouse airport was convenient for us, and the breakfast offered great value for money.
All was more than ok, we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Chateau La Gaillarde in Thil. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the grounds and pool were absolutely beautiful. the hosts, Mr and Mrs de Jessé Levas, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the delicious French cuisine served at the family table, where we had lively conversations with other guests. the location was perfect, just a short drive from Toulouse Airport but feeling like a peaceful countryside retreat. a fantastic stay with exceptional hospitality.

The scenery and views surrounding the hotel were absolutely stunning. the snow-covered mountains in the background made for a picturesque winter wonderland atmosphere that was perfect for Christmas. the hotel staff were also very accommodating and friendly despite the busy holiday period. the hotel's location was also convenient, being close to popular tourist attractions. A highlight was the delicious traditional Christmas dinner, which was much appreciated by myself and my family.
Some things left a lot to be desired. the hotel felt a bit run down, with outdated decor and furniture that could use some updating.

This country estate is strategically positioned, with excellent access to Toulouse airport, making it an ideal stopover place. the rooms are enormous and well, appointed, with private ensuites that have much to offer in terms of comfort and design. the breakfast is sumptuous, with fresh pastries, croissants, and coffee in a peaceful and tranquil ambiance conducive to relaxation. the surrounding nature trails provide a perfect opportunity for long walks and exploration.
The price for in, house dinner experiences is on the higher side, which may be an issue for budget, conscious travelers who would like to avoid a steep bill.

The location of the hotel was peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The building was grand and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast which was fresh, homemade, and reasonably priced at 8 euros per person. It was also great that the hotel offered Wi-Fi, although it was sometimes unreliable.
The price of the dinner was expensive and the basic wine was not included. It was uncomfortable to dine with the hosts, who seemed more interested in gossiping about their family conflicts than making their guests feel comfortable.
